How much does a cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of the space, its condition and how often you want us. That’s exactly why the estimate is free — call or text 804-804-7596 and we’ll give you a clear number, not a range you can’t plan around.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Not at all. Plenty of our clients leave us a key or a door code and come back to a finished house. If you’d rather be there, that’s completely fine too.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — products and equipment included. If you have products you prefer for certain surfaces, or someone in the house is sensitive to strong scents, let us know beforehand and we’ll use yours.
How often should I schedule?
We do one time, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleanings. Most busy households land on bi-weekly. Offices usually want weekly. We’ll tell you honestly what your space needs.
What’s included in a move in / move out clean?
A deep clean of an empty property: inside cabinets and drawers, appliances inside and out, bathrooms scrubbed down, baseboards, fixtures and floors. It’s the level of detail landlords and buyers actually inspect.
Are you comfortable around pets?
Absolutely. Just tell us who lives there and where they like to hide, so we can keep doors closed and nobody gets startled.
